We are living in the era of cut-throat-competition, stress and feeling of ‘lackness’ in ever changing corporate and global world. MBA education has so far achieved only limited solution to survive in competition; but has in process, added to stress and intensified feeling of lackness among budding managers. They are taught to compete but failed to learn- how to collaborate?, taught to perform cost control but don’t know how to control emotions, taught to manage companies but they never thought to act upon managing self.

As a solution to above challenges, Faculty of Management is a product of a deep thought process to deliver an education unparallel based on three aspects of student development, namely, Subject Knowledge for better placement, Personality Grooming for corporate success and Spiritual Orientation towards LIFE. Various methods and activities are put in place to implement above concepts. Regular expert lectures and industry visits expands the horizon of the students subject knowledge. Personality grooming is taken care by setting dedicated time in regular timetable focusing on self confidence and communication skills. Spiritual orientation is not confined to philosophical discourses but is conveyed through an approach while dealing with all stakeholders.
