Programme Objectives:
YTSBM is striving hard to achieve following objectives:-

- To help the students in mastering technical and functional skills. So as to geequipped professional tools and dunctions of business.
- To offer the overall self development for diversified bunch of students coming from all over the county.
Duration of the Course:
The full time M.M.S. course is of two year duration consisting of four academic semester.
The functional group offers the following specialization.
- Marketing
- Finance
- Human Resource
- Operations
- Systems
Specialization is offered
(Subject to adequate number of students in each group)
The first year is common to all the Functional groups. Each candidate will have to give
His / Her preference for the functional groups by February in the year of the course. Allocation will be finalized by March.
Eligibility Requirement:
The selection of candidates to the PGDBM programme should be done on the following basis.
- Candidate in any discipline from recognized university.
- CAT / XAT / MAT / CET / ATMA
- Academic Records
- Work experience
- Performance in GD & PI
If the candidate are not appeared for CAT / XAT / MAT / CET / ATMA. The minimum requirement for entry of post graduate programme in management is any Bachelor degree recognized by Association of Indian University with atleast 50%. The selection of such candidates for the programme should be done on the following basis.
- Aptitude Test (A.T.)
- Group discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Academic records
- Work experience
